Train in the social setting that's right for you! Get Fit personal training sessions utilize easy-to-use equipment and your choice of setting, making sessions comfortable and convenient. Single sessions are available, however most people prefer 5 to 10-session packages for consistent training.

 

One-on-one Private Training 

  • 45 minute sessions – Perfect for the full body workout and the best way to start your program.
  • 30 minute sessions – The next best thing if time is short and a great option once you reach your goal.
  •  

Semi-Private Training 

  • 45 minute sessions – 2 people. Great for couples and/or a friend!
  •  

Small Group

  •  45 minute sessions – 3 to 4 people. Exercise and have fun with friends! 
  •  

Golf Conditioning. Prepare yourself before you hit the greens. Focus on:

  • Muscular strength training.
  • Stability.
  • Flexibility and balance.
  • Postural control.
  • Power development.
